Brian Plumb

Brian is a Chartered Engineer who has been with Boreham
since 1989. He has been involved in projects throughout the UK and Ireland and now
plays a leading role in the company's development.
Tony Dolan
Executive Director
(North)
Tony is responsible for all aspects of the Northern
Branches based in Manchester and Leeds. Tony has a wide range of experience in transportation
planning, traffic engineering, development planning and master planning, having
worked for seven years with local authorities and more recently 19 years in the
private sector.
Eoin Reynolds
Executive Director
(Ireland)
Eoin has extensive experience in the design and management
of buildings, transportation and highway infrastructure schemes in Ireland. He is
responsible for all aspects of the branch including client management and liaison.
Gordon Cooper
Executive Director
(Scotland & N.Ireland)
Gordon has worked in the private and public sectors
for over 20 years. He is responsible for all operations in the two offices, including
client management and liaison.
Carl Tonks
Regional Director
(South West & South & mid- Wales )
Carl has over 20 years' extensive experience of transport
consultancy work, operating throughout the country on a diverse range of transportation
projects. He specialises in providing development related advice and has been actively
involved in key projects in the Bristol area over the last ten years. He is now
responsible for all aspects of the company's Bristol and Cardiff offices, covering
the South-West and South & mid- Wales.
Dave Cheetham
Regional Director
(East Midlands)
Dave has over 27 years consultancy experience having
worked on various prestigious transportation projects throughout the UK and Overseas.
Based in Nottingham, he is responsible for the East Midlands region including all
project work, client management and liaison.
