Upon appointment, a thorough induction programme is instigated which encompasses company-wide strategies, objectives and initiatives, as well as operational matters. Regular staff development reviews ensure that training is carried out in line with individual needs. Targets are agreed with line managers and appropriate resources are put in place to ensure that these needs are satisfied.

Boreham provides all staff with comprehensive training and work experience programmes using the latest technologies and promotes the use of internal and external networks and mentoring schemes.

Furthermore, our graduate training scheme is registered with the Institution of Civil Engineers and Engineers Ireland and we provide all staff with appropriate training, identified to improve their performance and personal development.
