Waterman Boreham is committed to employing the highest

a planned programme of training and development.
Upon appointment, a thorough induction programme is instigated which encompasses
company-wide strategies, objectives and initiatives, as well as operational matters.
Boreham states clearly where individual roles fit into the organisation and how
they help to build upon its reputation within the industry.
While varied and challenging work enhances employees’ skills on a day to day basis,
our staff also benefits from a learning culture where best practice is spread throughout
the company by a supportive network of mentoring and coaching.
Regular staff development reviews ensure that training is carried out in line with
individual needs. Targets are agreed with line managers and appropriate resources
are put in place to ensure that these needs are satisfied.
Training
Boreham provides all staff with comprehensive training and work experience programmes
using the latest technologies and promotes the use of internal and external networks
and mentoring schemes.
Furthermore, our graduate training scheme is registered with the Institution of Civil Engineers and Engineers Ireland and we provide all staff with appropriate
training, identified to improve their performance and personal development.
