Waterman Boreham appointed for key Liverpool Study
Waterman Boreham has been appointed by Liverpool City Council, on a team led by Drivers Jonas, to carry out a development study for the Stonebridge Cross area in Croxteth, Liverpool.
The 60 acre site is close to Stonebridge Park, which has recently seen a high level of commercial development, and is regarded by Liverpool Vision as one of the key strategic investment areas in the city.
A masterplan will be devised to influence the development of a prospectus for Stonebridge to provide a mix of housing, employment, retail and leisure uses.
Waterman Boreham’s involvement includes providing a baseline review of the transport characteristics of the area to improve local connectivity to residential areas immediately adjacent to the site, as well as improving links to sub-regional employment opportunities.
